1. Acceptance
By using Chronomore, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. The service
Chronomore is a shared calendar app for personal use by individuals, couples, and small groups, operated by Rocco DiMauro.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and the activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service. In particular, don’t use it for unlawful content, don’t infringe others’ rights, don’t attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, and don’t use it to harass others.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service — including showing it to the people you share with. You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to share it.
6. Third-party services
Chronomore integrates with Google services (sign-in and Google Calendar). Your use of those services is governed by Google’s terms, and we’re not responsible for third-party services.
7. Availability & changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for a reliable service but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please don’t rely on Chronomore as your sole record for critical events.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You can stop using Chronomore and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
